• Storage: Store jewelry, especially sterling silver, in an airtight container to protect it from oxygen, moisture, and chemicals. For longer storage, use a small ziplock bag to prevent tarnishing.
• Wear & Care: Avoid wearing jewelry during bathing or when exposed to liquids, perfumes, or chemicals, as these can cause fading or oxidation.
• Tangle Prevention: Close all clasps before storing to keep your pieces tangle-free.
• Cleaning: If your jewelry looks dull, use a polishing cloth and jewelry cleaner to restore its shine and beauty.

UK orders over £50 & international over £80 ship free! We use Royal Mail (default) or Yodel by request. Most UK parcels arrive in ≤6 days, international within 2 weeks. Track your package via email updates.

Returns
Handmade ≠ mass-produced. To protect our artists’ time and the planet, all sales are final. But – if your piece arrives damaged or wrong, email photos within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

Depending on the item and what we have in stock, you’ll get either a branded box or an organic paper pouch. Plus, you’ll find a jewelry care info card signed by the maker in there too.
