We partner with Royal Mail and Yodel. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail by default unless you specifically request Yodel.
UK orders: Up to 6 working days after we hand your parcel to the carrier.

International orders: Typically within 2 weeks (delays may occur due to customs or local postal services).

UK: Free for orders over £50.

International: Free for orders over £80.
UK: Flat rate of £4.50.

International: Flat rate of £9.00.
Absolutely! We ship worldwide for £9.00. Delivery times vary but usually stay under 14 days.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Click the link in the email for real-time updates from Royal Mail/Yodel.
To protect our studio workflow, we don’t currently offer in-person collection.

Email us at jojokikiuk@outlook.com immediately if your order hasn’t left our studio. Once shipped, address changes are unavailable.
Yes! Cancel within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing us. After that, your item may already be on the workbench (the sweet chaos of handmade production).
All sales are final. As each piece is handmade-to-order and uniquely imperfect, we don’t accept returns or exchanges to reduce waste.
Exception: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email photos within 48 hours, and we’ll fix it!
